Instructions:
While installing Vray you will get the Licensing Wizard, select something click the demo for example and click cancel after that. The wizard will close and there will still remain the installation window on the background. After installation is finished, click 'Finish'.

Now copy the License in the Licensing folder and replace the other dll in VfS folder, after that open SU and everything should work fine.

For Windows 7 these folders are located in Program Data/ASGVIS - make sure that Hidden files are visible otherwise you will not find it.
For other Window OSs these should be located in Application Data.
